Best location on island. Walking distance to Hideaway beach. Two balconies with amazing views of jungle and Hanalei Bay. Spacious condo for 4 people. Wish the golf maintenance started a little later, but other than that it was a great place to spend your vacation! Very private and felt safe.

Good location. Property was lacking in the kitchen (no spices, sparse cookware), and many dishes were dirty as were other spots around the villa.

Villa in a great location - peaceful, beautiful with an amazing view. Good kitchen tools for making simple meals, beach towels and an umbrella for the occasional rain. Breakfast on the lanai is a fabulous way to start your day!

Incredible view - just hanging out on the deck was wonderful. Clean and well supplied unit otherwise, can cook at home and enjoy a good sleep in a nice bed. Would stay again!

The property is in dire need of renovation. Oceanfront staff are non-responsive to customer needs. I’ve rented this villa many times over the years, but will hesitate to do so again. If I were the owner, I’d change the rental agency managing rentals for this property asap.

Beautiful view! The property is in need of an update. The blinds were barley functional. The living room furniture very uncomfortable and looked dirty.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. It will be even better when the 1Hotel (former St. Regis) is open which was closed for renovation when we were there.

It's a great location for exploring the north shore and just hanging out. It's very close to Hanalei, Anini Beach, Kilauea, etc.

It would be nice if some simple condiments like salt and pepper and sugar packets were provided. The condo was very clean and the managements website for booking was excellent. The daily updates of things going on the island was a nice touch. The pocket door on the upstairs bathroom could us a little work as it is hard to close.

A wonderful stay. Balcony view is beyond impressive. That alone is worth the price. Interior is clean but needs a little touch-up (walls could use some paint, refrigerator and dishwasher are old and loud, couch should be replaced) but overall a nice place. Roosters will likely wake you up from time to time.

The Villa was very clean and very well equipped. The view was amazing and having breakfast with all the birds was a treat. Sunrise & sunset views see incredible. Service from main office on entry and after departure was outstanding !! We forgot a Fanny Pack with money and we were notified within 24 hrs it was sent out promptly by priority express mail.

We stayed for our honeymoon and this location was superb! Close to Hanalei bay, but still still felt secluded and quiet. You also cannot beat the view and it was amazing to wake up to everyday. Although this unit did not have AC, it is absolutely not a problem since the evenings are cool.

Master bedroom has an excellent bed and furniture with lots closets. The living room couch was dirty. See the bay, jungle, and golf course. The location is beautiful. But the villa is in dire need of renovations - bathroom showers, tubs, and appliances are woefully outdated. I have been staying at this villa for over 10 years, and it has seen $0 CapEx expenditures by the owner. Time to put some money into it please. Dryer is not working at all.

It is unfortunate that there is not an outdoor hose or spigot to wash sand and mud off of feet and equipment before entering. I would also have liked to have indoor mats to wipe feet on since it frequently rains on the north shore. The kitchen could be better stocked with items such as oven mitts, trivets, etc. These are only minor complaints though since my family of 4 loved the house!
